Birthday present cum anniversary celebration
on saturday, 11 july 2009, me and my hubby had made some arrangement to play ATV at Kampung Kemensah, Ulu Kelang. we decide to sent hannani at my in-law's and sent our car for service, before our 10a.m appointment. due to so many places to stop by, had our breakfast, long queue for car service (since we arrive at service centre late), we end up driving two cars to kemensah. after about 10km driving,
we arrived at the place half n hour late. we saw a couple of peeps driving the atv pass us by.
once we arrived, the atv peeps, briefed us and show us how to handle the ATV. the ATV was big for me...haha, i doubt that i could drove that big thing. the guide let us practice for few rounds to help us get use to maneuver the ATV smoothly. few rounds around the big stone and few rounds up and down the hill. we actually had to use our finger to control the accelerator...imagine if we had to go through a long journey.*sigh*.
so after a few rounds and the instructor believe we could proceed, the other 2 guides getting ready with their ATV. i was in the middle with the 2 guides in front and my hubby at the back. then, we're set to roll.
our really first path are already tough, from the ATV centre going down hill full of white tiny rocks to the main road. then we drove up pass some sort of like dewan orang ramai till we reach off road track that only fit the size of ATV.
so we passed through thick jungles, up and down the hill... and a few times trouble getting control of the ATV but with the help from the ATV guide, i managed to get control of the ATV. and we stop about half and hour at the kubang gajah waterfall...my hubby make a quick dip in the water..it was a nice view, though...after that we continue our journey back to the ATV centre... the journey tooks about 1 and a half hour. it's tiring but i am having extremely fun and exciting moments that day. looking forward to more exciting adventurous activities to do next.
